Giovane’s Veal Ossobucco with Gorgonzola Polenta and Gremolata

Serving ossobucco in the wine bar at Giovane these days… creamy gorgonzola polenta… worth a try…

Dom and I are still making it exactly how Antonio taught us opening Quattro Whistler 20 years ago, so he should take all the credit. (except for the gorgonzola polenta, thats all us, hehe)
