albacore tuna “karaage” at the skybar and lobby lounge soon…

not a true karaage, it’s not battered, but it’s been going over pretty well all the same… we’re going to add it to the new menu at the Skybar at Oru, and feature it in the Lobby Lounge.

albacore tuna, breaded with panko, served over spinach goma-ae and a warm bonito-dashi broth, topped with pickled golden beets and tobiko.

(yes, those are the infamous Notch Hills Beets once again…)
