giovane’s farro and veal “risotto”

yes, i know it’s not really rice, but “ancient whole grains and veal” just sounded too wordy, lol

either way, we’re doing it at giovane, it’s a good dish for the weather at the moment, super earthy- we’re cooking it with the braisage from ossobucco and roasted mushrooms…
